Guide · leaving, done right

How to delete your Camster account

Leaving should be as easy as arriving. Deleting a Camster account takes about a minute from inside the app — but two things are worth doing first, because a deleted account takes its coins and history with it. Short version first, details after.

Before you delete — the two-minute checklist

Spend or settle your coins

Any coin balance left on the account is forfeited when the account goes. If you have coins left, use them in a show first — there is no refund queue for a deleted account.

Know that it is permanent

Deletion closes the account for good: your follows, your history and your balance go with it. If you are just taking a break, logging out does the job without burning anything down.

Check whether you even have an account

If you only ever watched as a guest — no email, no login — there is nothing stored to delete. Closing the tab was already the whole exit.

The deletion path, step by step

1

Log in to the account you want gone

Deletion only works from inside the account itself — nobody can delete an account they are not logged into, which is exactly what you want.

2

Open your profile, then Settings

Tap your avatar to reach your profile, then open settings. The account section lives there.

3

Find the delete / close account option

Look for "delete account" or "close account" in the account section. Menu wording shifts between versions — if you cannot find it, use the contact route in the privacy policy and ask for deletion directly.

4

Confirm and wait for the confirmation

The site will ask you to confirm, because this cannot be undone. Once it is processed, your login stops working — that is how you know it is done.

One honest caveat: menu labels move between versions, so if the delete option is not where this guide says, do not hunt forever — the contact route in the privacy policy reaches the team, and a deletion request made there is just as final.

Never made an account? Then there is nothing to delete.

Most Camster visitors watch as guests — no email, no login, no profile. If that is you, your session already ended when you closed the tab. The only trace on your own device is local browser storage (like the 18+ confirmation); clearing site data removes it. This is by design: the less we hold, the less there is to delete.

Deleting a Camster account — FAQ

Log in, open your profile, go to settings and find the account section — the delete or close option lives there. Confirm it, and the account is closed permanently. If the option is not where you expect it, the contact route in our privacy policy will get it done.

They are forfeited. A deleted account takes its balance with it, so spend any remaining coins before you delete — there is no way to transfer or refund them afterward.

No. If you watched as a guest with no email and no login, there is no account to delete. Your watch session ends when you close the tab; clear your browser storage if you want the local age-gate flag gone too.

No — deletion is permanent. Your follows, history and balance are erased with it. If you are unsure, log out instead; the account will still be there if you change your mind.

Your profile and balance are erased, but payment receipts may be kept for accounting and legal reasons — that is standard for any site that processes real payments, and it is spelled out in the privacy policy.

No. Logging out keeps the account — and its coins — intact for next time. Deleting closes it permanently. If you only want a break, log out. If you want your data gone, delete.
